Hi beeckey,

I have just posted a link on the previous post about fatigue that you may find helpful. Here it is again:

Great pamphlet. I just want to add that I just completed a great Mindfulness Based Meditation course and highly recommend it. Cheers Doreen

The fatigue is pretty awful and beyond sleeping for 18 hours a day it is hard to know what to do. I tried to remain active, commuting to work on my bicycle, aquafit etc and working. It didn't work and I finally took a leave from work which is permitting me to regain my energy levels and reduce the fatigue. My medications are finally kicking in after 15 months so that helps! Good luck and take care of #1! Doreen

Fatigue is awful and for me it comes and goes. Today its bad and no idea what to do for tea. I find I need to pace myself a bit and say no sometimes.

A cold bedroom, and a good book help at night, no caffeine and yet sometimes I wake up and just can't get back to sleep! having said that it does not match up to when I feel worst during the day. So I wish I knew the answer but can only say that if you find a solution please let me know. x lol The booklet is great !

Good sleep hygiene is key. I got into a cycle of having naps during the day which affected me at night. I didn't think it did because I'd sleep anyway but my quality of night sleep improved hugely due to dropping the naps.

Pacing myself is the only real thing that's made a difference. I prioritise and stick to it. Being able to go to work is my main goal, other stuff has to wait.

pace yourself get as much sleep as possible ( I get 10 - 12 hours a night sometimes more) some exercise in the fresh air is good swimming and yoga I find are good.Lastly three people have told me that drinking water with a clear crystal in it will give you energy !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I haven't tried that one yet but will do. Oh and prioritise and just ignore the rest. take care xx
