NRAS Group Meetings—Week Commencing 9th February 2015

Great Yarmouth NRAS Group

The Great Yarmouth & Waveney NRAS Group meet in the ‘Buzz Room’ of the Louise Hamilton Centre, James Paget Hospital, Gorleston, Great Yarmouth, NR31 6LA from 5:30pm-7:00pm on the second Tuesday of each month. Upcoming guest speakers are as follows:

10th February - Mr. Simon Coleman helps patients with long term conditions improve their mobility and is going to talk to the group about the kind of exercise that can be done

Lincoln NRAS Group

Bi-monthly meetings for this group are held at The Ark, Moor Lane, North Hykeham, LN6 9AB on the second Tuesday of every other month from 7:00-9:00pm.

10th February - Guest speaker: Oliver Hoare, Fundraising Manager at NRAS

Banbury NRAS Group

The Banbury NRAS Group meet bi-monthly on a Wednesday in the Training Room of the Horton Hospital, Oxford Road, Banbury, OX16 9AL from 6:30pm-8:00pm.

11th February - 'Looking After Your Feet and Correct Footwear' by Terrence Carter, Podiatrist

Weston-super-Mare NRAS Group

This group meets monthly on a Wednesday from 6:30pm to 8:30pm (unless otherwise stated) at Asda Community Centre, Asda Stores Ltd, Phillips Road, Weston-super-Mare, BS23 3UZ.

East Dorset NRAS Group

This group meets quarterly at the Howard Room, Christchurch Hospital, Fairmile Road, Christchurch, BH23 2JX.

12th February 7-9pm - Dr Jonathan Marks, new Consultant Rheumatologist at Christchurch RFU will be presenting 'A Day in the Life of RFU'
