has anyone heard of flex silica? its supposed to help with pain and reduce inflamation in joints etc it's not cheap just wondered is its any good?

Ask your rheumatologist. I'd personally steer clear of expensive supplements. If they were that good, they would be prescribed.
do you mean Flexiseq Gel? It's on the Arthritis Research web site. my friend has had some relief from their knee OA. it seemed to work ok for them - said it took about a month to start to really see any difference - but they think its good for them?
