I'm in pain again with my hip every time I walk also my right knee is stiffening up and locking this is all I need fed up this morning

Hi Deejojo, sorry to hear your feeling uncomfortable and down today, I to have pain in both knees and one arm had to get the hubby to put on the bra instead of removing it lol. I have decided its not going to beat me today I am going to take some pain killers and try and get on with it. Don't let it get you down I know its hard, my 3 year old makes me get through the day. xxxxxxxxxxx
