I take sulpha and MTX (and Hydroxy) and I take the sulpha 7 days a week so I do take it on MTX day. But you should have the instructions about what the doc wanted written on the label of the sulpha tablets, so will probably say something like "take x tablets y times daily" on the pharmacy label on the box. It took me a while to get used to them, but they did help. Polly

Hi

When I took sulpha I also took it 7 days a week and wasn't advised to avoid MTX day. I felt pretty good on that triple combo but unfortunately I couldn't tolerate sulpha in the end. Best of luck and hope it works for you
