Check out 'the spoon theory', which you can access on ' butyoudontlooksick' website. It is fab, I'm sure we all implicitly get it.

It's about a lady being asked by her best friend 'what is it like to have lupus'. Her condition, but u can easily substitute Ra into the question. A great metaphor which conveys how it is. Right coffee break over , I'll put the ironing away now.

Absolutely brilliant. I will defo use this when people ask me about RA. Its a really interesting site and thanks for telling me about it!! hope you didnt use up to many spoons ironing and putting it away. Seriously i am grateful for that message, it has helped me explain things well. xxxx
