Healthy - why you ask, cut away my PsA and Psoriasis, and that's what I would be, a healthy normal human being.

So I suppose have used two words for H = Healthy and Human. xx

Hurty if that's a word. Norwich was the hottest place in the UK on Wednesday which was bliss but by yesterday had plummeted by 10 degrees and the lovely north wind whipped up a few blustery showers My poor old bod started let me know it was on it's way on Thursday and I've been stiff and very sore ever since. Hopeful though that it will ease a bit soon x

Healing for the healing words we give each other. I sometimes blog about how confused I am with symptoms, treatments etc and how low and sometimes lonely I feel. Then I read the responses and "hugs" sent in reply and it brightens my spirit and makes me feel so much better, so yeah healing touch from u all.

Hoping the pain in my hips will soon ease. Happy as ive had some lovely presents & cards for my BIG Birthday tomorrow, Hugs sent out to everyone on here.
