Sending lots of love to my fellow Endo Sisters who might be in pain, struggling with a lot of physical and mental issues as a result of endometriosis and feeling alone.
Remember to:
1. Stay positive
2. Eat as clean as possible. If you can, try to avoid or limit sugar, alcohol, dairy, gluten and processed foods as these are known to cause inflammation and worsen our symptoms.
3. Drink lots of water because it helps to detoxify your body.
4. Eat lots of cruciferous and leafy vegetables like kale, broccoli, spinach, cauliflower, carrots etc. In short, eat the rainbow.
5. Dont warm your food in plastics or eat out of plastics as they are known to contain BPA or Phtalates which can mimic oestrogen and add to the overload of the hormone in our body.
6. Opt for natural skincare and stay away from those that are heavy laden with chemicals.
7. Do gentle exercise like yoga, walks, stretches, pilates and uf you can handle it, HIIT exercises.
