Rowens - great work, for the first few months I am not sure I did anything at work at all. I am sure I was on auto pilot and in a state of panic, like a fish out of water. I certainly have no lasting memory of thise early months at work but then I didn;t get fired so I musn;t have done anything terrible.
The fact you are now having "good days" at work must be a very good sign indeed. Congratulations on three weeks gone.

Thanks guys, another good day at work as under pressure and surprisingly didn't get into a panic that I need a smoke to get me through it, but still have the loss / empty feeling now and again throughout the day but passes after a few minutes, hope everyone else is doing good....
