I know what you mean about the tiredness though and I think it's because subconsciously we're still having to try so hard to forget about smoking.
We know we can deal with the cravings so it would be stupid to give in to them now we're 3 weeks in to our quit. We're proud of the fact that we aren't smoking anymore but it still doesn't come naturally. It will take time so we just have to hang on tightly until it does and remind ourselves that deciding to quit smoking was one of the best decisions we've ever made.
