Day 1..... Been up since half 5 caught up on X factor etc, feeling positive so that's a start, off for a lovely long walk along he beach later with hubby and my dog that will blow the cobwebs away.

Not gonna lie Maya I have found it pretty rough, CT from day 1 is a new thing for me I don't think I have ever done that! It hasn't been to bad I guess although this evening has been worse so ice taken myself off to bed, how are you today? Xx
I was perfect in the morning but then got to deal with a very low level customer for a serious matter and oh my god!!! My blood pressure started to raise, at some stage my only way to cope with that b****h was keep the smile on my face, and imagine (in my head) twisting her neck slowly until it cracks!!! Now really, whoever said the customer is always right never worked one day in customer service. She upset me so much that I am actually in shock that I didn't smoke. Instead, I told my buddy's that I was going for a walk and walked around the building for a good 10 minutes to cool down lol. Now my guess is that this woman was probably trying to stop smoking as well ahahah, I hope she caved in...horrible person.!there's my rant lol cleaning the oven was therapeutic...

Anyways ct is hard but you get over it faster and the sense of reward is greater... Keep it going day 1 almost over! I'm proud of you
