Day 2 over, I had to have a little chat with myself when I missed the train and there wasn't another for an hour, which was delayed, the old "just have a fag to kill the time, you don't have to smoke when you get home" conversation entered my head. But I win through and glad I did. Other than that not too bad so far. Hope everyone else is getting through OK.
