Probably because you are going CT. The cravings should be largely psychological by now (easy to say that, I know). Maybe have a look at some of the posts here: forum.nosmokingday.org.uk/f...

An excellent link Graham - thanks.

Smoking won't make anything better or solve anything Groushas so don't give in now.

Hope you're having a better day today.

That's it ? A fight with your girlfriend pushed you that close? Well i"m glad you didn't pick up a smoke, our brain trys to use any excuse to justify lighting up again, it's awful. I and many others here on this board have had to deal with life a death situations in the last few months and we're still here and better able to support loved ones around us because of it. Don't convince yourself in any way that smoking is deserved, needed or justified because of....... The truth is it doesn't help in any way shape or form but you'll get to start your quit all over again, won't that be fun? Sending strength and good vibes your way Groushas, stay strong, breath deep and post often.

Not what you're looking for?
