Congratulations 🎂🎉🎈🍹. This is great, not least because being it the last room was an age!!! We are here having a party in the 6 month room, who would have dared believe it. 2 friends who I shared my news with on the 26th said 'well you've done it then'. The proud feeling was amazing. I have been in Ibiza for a couple of weeks. Was scared that old triggers would appear as first Holiday smoke free but I never got one, just felt great to be over all the hassle of where to smoke etc. I have still had the odd issue in other areas like when arguing with OH but I'm still ok. I bet you're flying now as I think you've been strong the whole way? How the running? I have realised I am a bit large in the belly as as I seem to be ok on the smoking front it may be time to shift it. Are you back at work? Congrats again I'm so happy for you x xxxxx

Wow, that must have been fun I'm feeling pretty strong, it's true - but driving myself, the man and two friends back from the albert hall tonight I did think a smoke would be nice at the end of the drive - for about two miliseconds!
