Can't actually believe it!

I'll have done 4 days at 6pm tonight!!!! 4 days. I'm chuffed! Not really felt that different, apart from noticing that I can breathe a little easier. Also sleeping a lot heavier than I normally do, but that's no bad thing.

What can I expect to happen over days 5 to 6? :o

PhilGlew....It seems that you are coping well and you have reason to be chuffed.

Your positive thinking is your reason for the seemingly easy day 1 to 3.

Most persons was climbing the walls at this stage.

The more sleep is good and might change to a very tired feeling over the next few days.

But If you can sleep it of good for you,

Good luck and keep us updated......

Excellent Phil, your doing great. You can expect more of the same over the next few days but your having no issues so I'm sure you'll manage just fine. Good job.

Go for a walk, you won't be thinking about smoking then ! It does help.
