As of 30 minutes ago, it's been 10 weeks free on my cold turkey quit. I have a little more strength now in the mental crave department and I really wish I could share some of it with those struggling. I am not one of those people who looks down on smokers now, far from it, but I would like everyone who has a desire to quit to be able to. Today is a good day for me in the crave department but I still get some strong ones sometimes and I'm just really looking forward to when they stop altogether. To any new quitters....hang tough, it's hard but it does get just a tiny bit easier each day.

You have been and still is such a good roll model. Such a good example to follow which I did with great enthusiasm as from day one I joined.
Your wish that every new quitter will be able to to is my wish and hope we can continue giving guidance and share our difficulties so that they know they are not alone in the struggle.
