So 8 days almost done and dusted, still on patches but putting it on later and later every day and taking it off early evening, tbh haven't really craved as such this time, been off on holiday last 2 weeks so got used to being at home and not smoking. 7 weeks till Florida and I will be a non smoker x

doing great for me at least the patch method works well, but once left it on by accident overnight,naughty dreams!,!,!,
