Good Morning well I fell off the wagon about a year ago and now its time to climb back on. Have heavy social weekend coming up but planning to completely quit on Monday. Going back on the patches via the pharmacy. I'm down to 10 fags a day but it's still 10 too many any tips/help would be greatly appreciated x

Just take it one day at a time, post here as often as you can, and remember the cravings will end eventually.
