Hello to anyone who sees this, which is pretty much how I started my first post in June of 2012. I passed 3 years quit 21 days ago, to anyone starting out, it IS possible, very possible, to not smoke.
I haven't been on here for ages, something frankly criminal considering what this forum gave me, hope there are some around still from the Olympic Year
