Poor you Tracey I would say big fry up (esp fried egg seems to do it for me) also coke does wonders for that sick feeling, sleep is good. Definitely give yourself permission not to do anything. Ultimately little hair of the dog at about 5 ish is fabulous even if you don't think it will be.

I have done extensive research on this subject, just for this moment - hope you feel better lovey xxx

I know those only too well. I have been very well behaved over my birthday weekend.

As for hangover cures.................................I hear a three mile run does the trick, followed by a dip in very cold water. Let me know how you get on as I have NEVER done either of those things to cure a hangover.

Hairy lemon is a concoction made up of lots of different vitamins and ginseng etc, supposed to be very good for hangovers etc, I personally havnt tried it but they say it works, I'm in Australia and it seems to be quite popular

I hope so, even though UK is where I call home I still live here, and amazingly I could not find any forums like this one in Aust so obviously my next place is UK and well here I am and I dont intend to leave so your stuck with me 😂 haha
