Hi lovely, I know I wasn't finding the drama helpful so took a break but it went on longer then I meant it to! Luckily my saviour has been the library, read more books last two months then the past 2 years....if you are reading you aren't smoking or thinking of smoking....how are you doing?

Totally with you on the reading! That's how I managed the first few weeks - books and really early nights

I'm doing fine, ta, started a new journey to fitness now and feeling great too x
