It's a glorious morning here going to have a bbq later, first of the year. Of course big association with smoking, bbq, beers, wine, relaxed atmosphere good friends and family around. Oh well can't avoid living the alfresco life so I think I shall be saying NOPE a lot today.

I'm sure you will be fine at your bbq today, but I know what you mean about those strong associations. I can go for ages not wanting to smoke and not being able to imagine myself smoking ever again, and then out of nowhere comes that familiar desire. That nasty nic has many heads!

I too have a big association to overcome today - it's not so much fun as yours though spanisheyes. I've got to panic-write a whole assignment which is due on Wednesday and today is my only free time. In the past such last minute endeavors would be entirely fueled by fags. Cracking open a monster bag of murray mints today instead! We'll be strong - see you on the other side
