Big wave out to everyone! Almost 7 months quit and still can't quite believe it. It feels so natural now NOT to smoke. Never would have thought that was possible. At this stage it is so much easier, still get the odd pangs but to actually act on those would never truly happen!! I have learned one thing from this forum which is to never have even a puff. This was my first time quitting and I will never go back to being dependent on the evil weed again. Everyone can do this if they really do want it! X
