How the weeks have flown by. I know I've had some close shaves especially this week but I made it through.doubt whether I would really have caved in I'm so committed now. Actually I think this stressful week has taught me that cigs definitely wouldn't have helped the situation.

It's a good lesson to have under your belt, spanish :) The tougher the challenge to overcome, the stronger your quit, I reckon. Now, me, I've had an EASY life since my quit. I hate to think how much more wrecked I'd have been under some stress! Hats off to you friend xxx

I am dreading my next few weeks but like you spanisheyes I feel extremely committed. I feel that those weeks to come are more dangerous as I am more relaxed in so many ways. Of course the fear of cigarettes is still there so im gonna use it for once in my favor! So, Be afraid and everything is gonna be fine! :)

Quit right you are Spanish. You have done so amazingly well, with having been thrown curve balls at you this last week.

I so hope your very proud, truly deserve a huge treat
