I have started using a e cig. I now get e-liquid from a subscription site who deliver a selection every month. Really nice liquids. I'm not going bad to fags ever again!

Great going. I haven't tried e-cigs. I always struggle more with the psychological side. You won't be getting any of those other poisons that cigarettes are full of. Congratulations. Should you be in the next room up?

Very well done. A lot of people are against e cigs but in my opinion they're better than smoking. I used one for a few weeks and I am certain I wouldn't have reached this point without it. I'm not using it now but it's on standby if I ever thought I wanted to smoke again I wouldn't hesitate to use it again. Good luck with your quit.
