Just come home after spending the afternoon sat outside our favourite bar in the lovely Spanish sun. It's red hot today we're having a mini heatwave. Not the slightest desire to smoke today even though I've been with smokers. I love the good days when I don't think about smoking. I hope they get more frequent now.

What a good feeling when everything comes together as you describe. Makes it all worthwhile. A little envious of the sunshine. I got drenched twice today But no cigarettes. Hurrah!
