At last I'm into week 2, thank you to everyone who has offered me encouragement along the way, today is not too bad, no patch on and not as stressed as weekend, onwards and upwards

Well fantastic week 2, how time passes, if you feel the need to put the patch back, that's a back up for you, you don't have to rush, just have to keep going.

So pleased for you, going great

If you get the urge cut your patches in half and use them like that. It worked for me. ;)

Quite proud of myself, at the time if felt like the last week has taken ages to go past, but when I think back its actually been a really quick week if that makes any sense at all. Good thing is my OH says he has given up too and does not smoke at home at all, says he doesn't smoke while at work, but not sure I believe him lol x

Yes alibonger we are going to Florida, in Sept, it's good to see my savings account going up and up and not wasting £10 a day

Top drawer stuff Jess :)

Look how far down the board you've moved already, you're getting closer to the 1 year + room :)

Just think, by the time you get to Florida you will be 7 months quit and by that time any mild craves you may get will be easily brushed aside :)

Keep doing what you are doing and keep posting, it's great encouragement to those following your path :)
