So well into day 4 today, been a lovely day where I live, so went for a long walk this morning and again this afternoon. Haven't put patch on today so am feeling really irritable

Feeling a bit on edge to be honest, I only ever smoked at home, never anywhere else, so it's just trying to break habit of being in house and wanting to smoke
