Tracey, you really are one special person. No wonder everyone worth their salt loves you.
I've been so lucky in having had no difficult life events to cope with to speak of in the course of the 13 1/2 months since I quit but you've had heaps. Despite all of it, you've remained unfailingly upbeat and positive not to mention always having a kind word and supportive shoulder for everyone else. You're a true forum star and there's going to be SUCH a major party when you arrive at the Penthouse.
All the best to you and thank you for reminding us all that no matter what life throws at you smoking solves nothing.
Lovely post Tracey. Never hurts to be reminded to be grateful for what we have. Whenever I'm feeling a bit fed up, I think of the following verse. I've no idea who wrote it but I'd love to thank the person who did.
"As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn't supposed to ever let you down... probably will.
You will have your heart broken probably more than once and it's harder every time.
You'll break hearts too, so remember how it felt when yours was broken.
You'll fight with your best friend.
You'll blame a new love for things an old one did.
You'll cry because time is passing too fast and you'll eventually lose someone you love.
So take too many pictures, laugh too much, and love like you have never been hurt because every sixty seconds you spend upset is a minute of happiness you'll never get back."
