Well...I sorted out my wardrobe and hoovered it all out; I walked to the supermarket with my old ladies' trolley; I cleared out a kitchen cupboard and then I settled down to watch the last season of Dexter. OMG....Debs was smoking and smoking! Seriously though, I have felt it but I'm having a tough time right now anyway so, onwards and upwards etc. etc. etc. I just keep on reminding myself that I'm happy not smoking and that if I did smoke, I would be completely miserable. Seems to be working but boy am I tired of it! Still no smileys for me.

Hope tdoay is a :cool::cool::cool: day for you and not another :(:(:(:mad: day Betty. If my experience is anything to go by it doesn't take long for your body to adjust to a lower strength patch (or, indeed, no patch at all). In fact, the main battle is the psychological one, I think, by this point in your quit. You can do it (and I know you will....:))

Skiddaw - you're just showing off with your smileys!!! Why won't they work for me? Maybe it's because I'm using an iPad. I click on the icon top right of the box and all the little smileys line up at the bottom of the box but nothing happens when I press them. Oh well, away to clear out another room!!!
