Hi, my name is David...

I have been smoking for 5 years... a few months ago, I switched tobacco to e-cig...

It was at my friend's birthday party, I first found this amazing product...

A well-shaped cigarette-liked device, lots of flavors...and I heard it is tar-free product, won't get burden to my lung...

It's bee long to give up smoking but failed...

Now I thought this device make it possible...

Due to different types and rich product lines....I think it is necessary to exchange ideas and information with all of you, so I'm here....

Hi E-Cigs certainly seem less harmful than tobacco but its unlikely that they hare harmless. For a start the release of fats into the blood stream which coats the inside and hardens arteries is still going to happen as that is triggered by nicotine but at least the tar which is the most harmful part isn't there.

When used as a route to knocking nicotine use on the head they could be advantageous but all to often they are simply a life style choice and simply an alternate nicotine delivery system.

Having quit both smoking and nicotine use, I can promise you that being free from the chemical addiction has many more benefits than you would believe. Everything from not having to give though to getting my fix of nicotine and maintaining my supply to being a more confident and out going person. Nicotine and the varying levels in your system actually create a layer of anxiety in your every day life, stopping its use removes the cycle of crave and feed which in the long run makes you a more relaxed person.

All the best with the quit David, but my advice would be to see the E-cig as a transitional tool rather than a smoking replacement.

Welcome to the forum.

I think it might be better for you to use 2 forums.

Here to discuss your quit and another to discuss e cigarette products.

Only a few people here use them and I don't think you will get the information you want.

I think whatever we choose to use, nicotine patches or cold turkey or e-cig, we finally want to reach the smoke free world. Thanks for your advice! I will keeo updated!

Yep, I personally treat e-cig as an assitance. Thanks!
