I crept into Month one yesterday, and Day 23 today, without any real dramas.
I'm enjoying the ride, but taking each day as it comes.
Some Xmas boozy nights out looming, may prove a challenge, but hoping not so.

Congrats Andrew, long may your quit continue. Stay strong during those boozy nights, try and remember when you are out that you don't smoke, not that you are quitting.
YAAAY THAT MAN!!
Congratulations Andrew- getting a month under your belt is a fantastic achievement. For me, that was the point when I really started to believe I could do it- it was definitely a bit of a rubicon moment and I hope it proves to be the same for you. As for Christmas- as long as you keep your guard up you'll be fine I am sure.
Are you doing anything to celebrate your first month? I think you should....
Congratulations on one month Andrew. I can't add anything to the good advice others have already given about Christmas nights out. I hope you enjoy your Christmas celebrations!
Thanks people, Appreciate your comments, onwards and upwards
.
I like your avatar title btw - true dat.. Not massively original I'm afraid KarenCA nicked from the Everton crest, but I like the sentiment - "Only the best is good enough"
Well done Andrew, boozy nights are hard but not impossible, just be determined.
Well played fella
I think I've been lucky thus far, as the boozy nights haven't tempted me to smoke once yet. A couple of my mates still smoke and to be honest I feel sorry for them when they disappear outside in the cold and rain.
The lure of the Penthouse should keep me on the straight and narrow
