Hello everybody,
Just wanted to let you know I'm still here and have somehow got to Day 53. I am so pleased. Some days I sail through without giving much thought to smoking, other days are more difficult but I am determined not to give in. I wanted to say a big thank you to everybody here who takes time out to post advice & support as I wouldn't have got this far without this forum.

As a day 15 newbie myself I'm envious of you being on 50+ days, seems miles away to me, but a day at a time and NOPE and all that.
Good stuff. I'm on day 54 (next sat will be end of month 2), and your experiences so far pretty much match mine, Sally.

Andrew- I used to get envious too of those that were ahead and like you it seemed a million miles away. I've just started week 7 and it has flown in or seems to have. I forget already how hard it was at the start and I grumbled for 4 weeks!!! Keep hanging in there!
You guys can decorate my room in the penthouse as you'll get there first. I'll catch you up and bring some champagne and cold beers to replenish supplies :D.
