Still Here ...

Hello everybody,

Just wanted to let you know I'm still here and have somehow got to Day 53. I am so pleased. Some days I sail through without giving much thought to smoking, other days are more difficult but I am determined not to give in. I wanted to say a big thank you to everybody here who takes time out to post advice & support as I wouldn't have got this far without this forum.

Andrew- I used to get envious too of those that were ahead and like you it seemed a million miles away. I've just started week 7 and it has flown in or seems to have. I forget already how hard it was at the start and I grumbled for 4 weeks!!! Keep hanging in there!
