9 months today

Today is day 273 of my quit.I havnt smoked 5468 fags:)and have saved £820

My quit has consisted of the good,the bad and the ugly:eek:

But Iv come so far that smoking feels so alien to me now and the thought of actually having one,sucking dirty smoke into my repairing lungs makes me feel I'll.

Long may that feeling continue,I don't want to get complacent.

To all you newbies who are really determined that you don't want to be ruled by smoking anymore I urge you to stick with your quits,there will be tears tantrums and frustration.......but then you come out the other side
