lots of things happening apparently :)

According to my app on my phone (Kwit, I loooove it)

the following is happening at week 6 of being quit...


1/ sense of smell and taste is back

2/ physical activity and breathing is easier

3/ skin looks more healthy

4/ nervous balance and sleep should be getting better

5/ I feel more free and confident

6/ my complexion is not grey and dull

I have saved £200!!! and I have not smoked over 500 cigarettes :)

Good stuff eh? Honestly I cannot recommend this app enough its brill and its free, its called KWIT
