1/ sense of smell and taste is back
2/ physical activity and breathing is easier
3/ skin looks more healthy
4/ nervous balance and sleep should be getting better
5/ I feel more free and confident
6/ my complexion is not grey and dull
I have saved £200!!! and I have not smoked over 500 cigarettes
