today the craves/desires are coming thick and fast. After seeing people smoking I found myself becoming like a zombie on a mission to buy tobacco. i had decided that was exactly what i would do. a little voice in my head resisted and squeaked its resistance, the little squeaker won in the end and hours later i was grateful and proud that i had said no, if i'd bought tobacco with the intention of having just one i would still be smoking now and probably hating myself too. I was very surprised that i mentally gave in to the crave and was planning to buy some though, thats one of nicks tricks to watch out for.

Like Max says, the more you resist the louder the voice gets (and the more formidable your arsenal of nic-bashing weapons grows). Do all you can to distract yourself when the 'zombie' moments hove into view and before you know where you are, they'll have gone for good.

As Sand said hang in there bud...... It will pass as you already know, I'm no expert, blimey my longest quit was only 11 weeks but what I do know is it will pass and it will get easier just watch the main triggers alcohol and stress, keep it up xx

Just amazing isn't it, when you show how mch resolve you have in the desire to stay quit,

Just keep going, I can tell you the longer the quit, the weker the craves, doing a brilliant job.
