wow! time is flying by with hardly a wiff of a crave, had a strong en this morning at 2.30 thought about trudging to the all night garage in the beautiful moonlight , fell asleep in the chair instead. Just put on a patch so feeling armed and extremely dangerous so watch out nick i'll have your guts for garters. Meeting some pals for coffee at lunchtime so have to wind my way through the concrete jungle so got to keep them wits about me. keep on keeping on folks's
