Back again!!!

Ok, so not been on here for a couple of years but I had quit smoking again!!

I last had a smoke last night about 9:30pm. I have a patch on and I have an E-Cig with me that as of yet I haven't touched!

I see you have just quit the E-Cig, how's that going for you? I've tried to stay off mine whilst I have a patch on (Don't want to get high hahaha) I only have 3 patches but hoping to mabe go on Champix or xomething as I know I am easily led and will crumble at the 1st hurdle

It's actually quite a chore Shashwoo! Harder than I anticipated it being. I gave up the fags nearly a year ago with the help of the E-cig. The last year has been good but I now am ready for the final hurdle and getting nicotine out the system once and for all. (Well, suppose that job is done as its been 50 odd hours now!).

I think you may have missed the boat on Champix as it'll take a while to kick in. Personally, the E-cig approach worked for me, doesn't mean that it'll work for everyone and some see it as abit of a hollow victory (Not me - as long as you do plan to come off it eventually).

Thanks to all new and old members for the massive welcome It's gone 4pm and not 1 time have I thought 'Oh I really need a cigarette' so I think so far so good!!

And yes, this time I will ****** make it into that Penthouse, sick of sitting at the bottom of the stair's hahaha
