(Don't worry it will be a weekly post soon hehehehe) well felt a bit agitated earlier but realised my patch was coming off, they really are amazing I think! Anyway simply because it's the end of the working week and it's been hellish busy I have bought a nice bottle of red... I really fancy a drink plus I will be at home so hopefully I won't crave a cig aswell xx
