Ok so after several mini false starts and 2 biggish fails quits I am really really hoping for 3rd time lucky.... I obviously don't REALLY want to smoke or I wouldn't keep putting myself through this... If I didn't care I would smoke and be done with it...I don't feel ready as such but then when are u truly ready, when ur addicted to something it is purely that, an addiction so for me I never will be ready, just got to suck it up head down and get in with it...

Anyway, a lovely sunny day 1 and all is well

If you feel it can't be done, look in the 1 year+ thread. All of those people thought it couldn't be done either. All of those people made it. They all believed. You can make it too - BELIEVE!

Good luck to you and to Debbie who has quit at the same time. You HAVE to tough it out through the hard times. You've heard it a million times before but it does get better - BELIEVE!
