My last cigarette was 18 months ago and it feels amazing to have come this far and be free from Nasty Nic! I still have the odd "moment", but they're few and far between and have no affect on my ability to stay smoke free!
I hope you're all ok. I do pop by sometimes for a read, but life seems to fly by and I rarely post these days. I'm glad to see so many familiar faces still sticking with their quit.
Take care and I'll try to make more time for this lovely forum! xxx

Thanks everyone The members of this forum have always been great and a huge help to me, so I feel I owe it to the place to stop by now and then.
Apart from the no smoking there have been no dramas in my life and all is well, thanks for asking Skiddaw. I'm a week away from jetting off on my first summer holiday for four years (Zante) and I can't wait! How are you?
I'm proud too Max and just as proud of you! I do love this Penthouse and am so glad I made the life changing decision to quit those smelly buggers that were tying me down! I do miss Kat and Gemma on here, as they really helped me through some tough times and were lots of fun. But at least there are still a lot plodding on and some newbies too!!
I'll try to take a bit more time out during the week to post/comment on the forum. I miss you all!

Fine, thanks, Sarah, and looking forward to my holiday too. Nowhere near as exotic as yours (which sounds fantastic by the way :D). Two weeks in the Lake District coming up a week Friday, so hopefully I can get some fells under my belt not to mention sink a few decent beers.
I hope you have an absolute blinder of a holiday. You certainly deserve it.
