Day three, and decided to take off the patch and try it CT (which is how I quit for 6 months last time) has been hard, but not impossible. I feel very sorry for my colleagues who have had to deal with me all day tho... I will admit I haven't been the most pleasant person to be around. but I warned everyone at least, so they know not to take my scowl personally lol! barely hanging in there, its been hard, but I am really determined.

Can i ask why you came off the patch? If it's really tough perhaps stick the patch back on, don't suffer unnecessarily xxxx
P.s day three is probably THE worst day to try a different method, it's notoriously difficult as is week three and month three xx
It a new day, I do so hope you have a better day to day, it's just so horrid those first few days ,
Just hang on, keep going it only gets better
Kat, I hope you're feeling better today.
I'm with the others. If you can cope with CT stick with it but don't risk jeopardising your quit by trying to force yourself to run before you can walk. I think it might be an idea to at least have some Emergency NRT at hand just in case (I found the low-strength lozenges were invaluable).
Anyway, you'll be on Day Four by the time you read this- which is mighty!!
Hi Kat, your determination will certainly help. I'm sure everyone will be supportive and ignore any snappiness
Well done
Where are you Kat? How are you? X
