uuhhggg!!!!

Day three, and decided to take off the patch and try it CT (which is how I quit for 6 months last time) has been hard, but not impossible. I feel very sorry for my colleagues who have had to deal with me all day tho... I will admit I haven't been the most pleasant person to be around. but I warned everyone at least, so they know not to take my scowl personally lol! barely hanging in there, its been hard, but I am really determined.

Can i ask why you came off the patch? If it's really tough perhaps stick the patch back on, don't suffer unnecessarily xxxx

  • P.s day three is probably THE worst day to try a different method, it's notoriously difficult as is week three and month three xx

  • It a new day, I do so hope you have a better day to day, it's just so horrid those first few days ,

Just hang on, keep going it only gets better:)

  • Kat, I hope you're feeling better today. :)

I'm with the others. If you can cope with CT stick with it but don't risk jeopardising your quit by trying to force yourself to run before you can walk. I think it might be an idea to at least have some Emergency NRT at hand just in case (I found the low-strength lozenges were invaluable).

Anyway, you'll be on Day Four by the time you read this- which is mighty!! :D

  • Hi Kat, your determination will certainly help. I'm sure everyone will be supportive and ignore any snappiness :D

    Well done :D

  • Where are you Kat? How are you? X
