Hi everyone just a quick check in I've got to seven weeks I'm so pleased I've been out drinking a few times and haven't even wanted to smoke it just goes to show after a few quits one day it sticks I will never smoke again in fact the smell makes me feel Ill.i hope your all doing great with your quits if I can do it anyone can xx
