I don't think anyone is ever sure they could get to week 2....even thinking beyond 24 hrs was impossible for me.

The worst is now behind you, things will only get better and you will notice more and more benefits.

Running is great for helping with your quit isn't it? I started 5 weeks ago, after not running for 20+ years (except maybe running in panic to the shops for some fags). Its amazing being able to breath without coughing your guts up
