Awww, you poor thing, try gargling with some soluble asprin/ibuprophen - tastes disgusting but it really does help

Yuk- few things worse...

Wrap up wam, indulge yourself with something nice & soothing to your throat (ice cream perhaps? :)) and get as much rest as possible.

One thing- at least with tonsilitis the last thing you'll want to do is smoke...

Been to GP and on antibiotics for a week and more painkillers.

It's the worst pain which I cannot stand. Heck it's even got my ex ringing to make certain I'm ok-- heck it must have been bad!!

Nothing will make a ciggie pass my lips. I'm almost glad that this has happened at this point.
