Quick update

Day 18 today. Passed the toughest test yesterday as it was Plymouth Pride. Turned into a great day and had people smoking around me but not one drag.

Even had someone put one in mouth unlit who didn't know I'd stopped. I was tempted but no. Not going through that first week again !
