whyquit.com, could be good reading, just to let time pass.

Day 8 is awesome results, for an addiction that has held us for so many many years. Day 8 for me, was really really tough, I recalled, but it did get better over time. Better in terms of crave frequency, they reduced drastically. It's just the way our brain works.

Keep working @ it, you are in Week 2 now ! The life of being a slave to fags, is over now, we should keep telling ourselves this. We choose life and freedom.

Come online often, read more, and post often. Everyday if need be. Remember how far we'd go just to get fag, drive maybe 50 miles, if that's the only store out there. Now, we have to do the same just NOT to. :) To be fair to ourselves. Haha

Take care and good job!

Firstly, great job Psuedo....8 days :) awesome!

Sorry to hear about your insomnia. I had some major trouble with this too, but to be honest I had it a bit before I quit. If I tell myself that I cant sleep, then I wont......

I read this a couple of weeks back....some things don't help me, others do - like going for a walk, reading a book and getting up earlier (assume you sleep at least a couple of hours)

Hope it helps, hang on in there - it will get better. You are already free from a nasty evil addiction and this is something to rejoice!

at this moment, im like....just throw whatever at me that you can, i'd rather face it when my quit is strong and not weeks later when something creeps up as a surprise and i might falter !

edged i can totally relate !! as early as march this year when i was living in france, i have walked 20 minutes, taken a bus and then the metro to get to the train station to buy cigarettes ! hahaha and i thought i was a lazy person :p

imma gonna get through this !!

you are guys are awesome !

Dear Pseudo :)

The lack of sleep is a bitch isn't it? It's very common but that doesn't make it any easier. All I can say is repeat what has already been said- it does pass eventually. In the meantime, you're doing SO well and I think you have exactly the right mindset to make this your Forever Quit.

At least the weekend is hoving so hopefully you can sink a few bevvies and catch up on your shut-eye.

Hope today is a good day for you...
