Well said Haley... It does indeed make for a good read, and it's great to have the light bulb moment and although I read it, it did not give me anything I did not know, but I think just reading it gives us inspiration to give quitting ago.

I guess it appeals to your common sense that it is a very very stupid habit, with absolutely no advantages whatsoever.
He does a great job busting a lot of myth's about smoking.
Its quite a horrible thought that every ciggy you smoke, you do so just to feed the nicotine withdrawl from the previous one. Once you are hooked its just a vicious never ending circle.

Glad you finding the book a help. I downloaded Easy way for women without gaining weight and I guess I should have bought the first one cos I'm finding it hard work to read.
