Had some bad news yesterday and today had a job interview, and it is making the cravings come back a bit. I really doubt I would actually walk to the shops and buy cigs but part of my brain is saying 'great you've nearly done a month now, might as well start smoking again now and see if you can do longer next time you stop'.
seeing it written down makes it seem really stupid. Funny the things nicodemon whispers in your ear

It's that old chestnut isn't it? bad news? have a fag....good news? have a fag....chatting on the phone? have a fag......wedding/holiday/Christmas etc? have a fag!
Well not anymore... They are all associations aren't they and it seems impossible to manage these events without smoking but if this is the first period of stress in your quit it's bound to make you feel a bit like smoking, luckily though you can see it for what it is and that it's just Nic trying to drag you back down, well done for sticking 2 fingers up to him

Well said Donna!
That's so exactly how it is (or was before we all wised up :)).
Thankyou everyone, it's funny I've found it quite easy so far but today i have been craving non-stop, not sure what's going on. Feeling much better now though and hope this is just one bad day out of many more good days.
